The WRTC 2022 organizing committee is pleased to report that the site selection process for the upcoming event is proceeding as expected. After conducting an extensive search, we have identified potential structures in a wide area of the I4 region, including the provinces of Bologna, Modena, Ferrara, and Ravenna.
The selection of stations site is one of the most critical aspects of the event's success. We understand that the location can have a significant impact on the performance of the competitors. Therefore, the site selection is being conducted with strict criteria, including considerations of terrain altitude, overall location, surroundings, and local noise.
Our team is working hard to ensure that every potential location meets the same criteria and gives all competitors an equal opportunity for success. The competition will require the best possible location to ensure fair and optimal conditions for all participants.
To that end, our site selection teams are working tirelessly to evaluate potential structures and locations to identify the best possible site. This process includes an analysis of terrain altitude and overall location, as well as a careful review of local noise levels.
